9A. [ Pro-Chancellor. [Inserted with marginal heading by Act No.24 of 1994.]
(1)The Pro-Chancellor of the University shall be nominated by the Chancellor and shall hold office for a period of three years.(2)In the absence of the Chancellor or during the Chancellor's inability to act, the Pro-Chancellor shall perform all the functions of the Chancellor.]
