Section 29(lxxvi) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(lxxvi)to provide "Education for All" which includes formal and informal modes of instructions keeping in view the literacy and the' educational needs of deprived sections of the society by establishing informal educational centers in and outside the State of Manipur and overseas as to achieve maximum percentage of literacy and education at least up to the level of matriculation;
