Section 10(1) in The Marble Development And Conservation Rules, 2002
(1)Every holder of a prospecting license for marble shall carry out the prospecting operations in accordance with the scheme of prospecting submitted under rule 8 or with such modifications, if any, as intimated under rule 9 or as directed by the State Government or any person authorised by that Government in this behalf.
