(2)The Central Board of Studies for foundation course shall consist of-(i)one teacher of the University from each University not below the rank of a Reader of the University Teaching Department or one Professor in a College to be nominated by the Kulpati; and(ii)such other members not exceeding ten to be nominated by Kuladhipati,Explanation. - The foundation course shall mean and include a course of general awareness and a course for improving competence in Hindi and English languages.
