Section 27(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The Institute shall admit students to courses conducted by it and shall provide reservation to persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes or other categories of persons in accordance with the general orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
