Section 36(36)(i) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

(i)the connection to the intra-State transmission system shall be provided based on the principles for allocation of capacity specified in the MERC (Transmission Open Access) Regulations, 2014;
