Section 21(3) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(3)Every college shall comprise such [Departments] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965 section 16.] as may be preprescribed and each [Depeartment] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965 section 16.] shall be assigned such subjects of study as the academic council may deem fit.
