254. Recovery of sums due to the Gram Panchayats, [Mandal Praja Parishads] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishads' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishads' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] as arrears of land revenue.
- Any sum due to, or recoverable by, a Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or a [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] under this Act may be recovered as if it were an arrear of land revenue.
