Section 26(1) in Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019
(1)(a)Every mining lease shall be in Form 'B' or in a Form as near thereto as circumstances in each case may require.(b)The conditions embodied in Form 'B' shall be deemed to be conditions imposed under this Rule and shall be binding upon the lessee.
