Harbhajan Singh) and order dated 3.2.2009 passed by the Addl. Commissioner (Judicial) Bareilly Division, Bareilly in Ceiling Appeal No. 3 of 2007 (State of U.P. Vs. Kuldeep Singh and others) shall remain stayed.
