Section 35(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Rajasthan) Rules, 1977
(1)Every licensee, other than a taxidermist, shall at the time of sale issue sale-memo to the purchaser and such sale-memo shall contain the following particulars :-(a)Name, address and place of business of the licensee.(b)Name and address of the purchaser.(c)Licence number,(d)Description of object.(e)Sale price.(f)Date of sale.(g)Signature of the licensee.
