(d)In Sub-rule (iii-a) as so inserted the words "with weights not exceeding three quintals" and in Sub-rule (iii-b) with weight exceeding two quintals" have been deleted, vide Orissa Gazette, Extraordinary No. 1181, dated 21.8.1971.
