3B. [ Special provision with respect to State of Bihar. [Inserted by Act No. 35 of 2014.]
(1)The Central University of Bihar established under sub-section (4) of section 3 shall be known as the Central University of South Bihar, having its territorial jurisdiction extending to the territory in the south of River Ganges in the State of Bihar, as specified in the First Schedule to this Act.(2)There shall be established a University, which shall be a body corporate, to be known as the Mahatma Gandhi Central University, having its territorial jurisdiction extending to the territory in the north of the River Ganges in the State of Bihar, as specified in the First Schedule to this Act.]
