18. Height of mezzanine storey and internal balconies.
(1)A mezzanine floor or internal balcony shall not be permitted unless the height of the room is at least 5.2 metres on such mezzanine floor or balconies do not cover more than one-third of the room area.(2)The height of such mezzanine floor or internal balcony shall not be less than 2.2 metres and it shall not be lower than 2.3 metres above the floor level.
