(3)An employee shall not directly submit application for Scholarship before concerned Authority unless supported by Mill/distillery unit as the case be, or permission was not given to him by the Authority to receive Scholarship.The acts committed by an employee against Rules 49 to 63 shall be treated misconduct.Part-VII Penalties and Disciplinary Action
