484. Legal cell.
(1)There shall be a legal cell in the corporation consisting of such number of officers possessing such qualifications as are prescribed.(2)The corporation shall consult the legal cell on all matters pertaining to the interpretation of the provisions of this Act and the Rules, Regulations and bye-laws made thereunder and also in matters pertaining to the institution, defence or conduct of suits and other legal proceedings to which the corporation is a party.(3)The expenditure on the legal cell shall be met out of the corporation funds.
