Section 6(b) in Rules for the Biju Pattnaik Award for outstanding performance in promotion of Sports and Games
(b)To be eligible for the award under Rule 5 (i) (b) a sports person must have represented Orissa with excellent performance in any of the recognized games with outstanding achievements during the year under consideration.
