Section 16(ii) in Accommodation in Orissa Bhavan, Orissa Niwas and Utkai Bhavan Rules, 1991
(ii)Occupants of the Bhavans may order in writing a special dish or food, if required. Food so ordered shall be billed for payment even of the indent or fails to take the same.
