Section 30E(1) in The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(1)The licensee shall communicate in writing to the Narcotics Commissioner the details of the warehouse where poppy straw shall be stored and the security measures put in place for safe storage of such poppy straw.
