(2)Badges and buttons. -(i)Deputy Superintendents of all grades shall wear two stars, and probationers one star, as prescribed for Assistant Superintendents.(ii)Instead of the Indian Police device, Deputy Superintendents will wear a provincial device, which shall be 2¼ inches in height, containing the letters "B.P." encircled by a wreath with Imperial crown above.(iii)The departmental badge shall be "B. P." in ½ inch block letters.
