Section 18(1) in Assam Agricultural Engineering Service Rules, 1983
(1)Subject to the provision of sub-rule (2) appointment under Rule 6 shall be made by the Governor in accordance with order of preference determined in the list referred to in Clause (d) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 6.
