(2)Finance:(a)to arrange for the preparation of the annual budget for the Authority and for placing the same before the Executive committee for further action;(b)to arrange for the preparation of the schedule of development charges and various categories of fee and place it before the Executive Committee for further action;(c)to administer Development Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
