Section 72(a) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(a)Every pleading shall be verified at the foot by the party or by one of the parties pleading or some other person proved to the satisfaction of Registrar or other officers hearing the dispute to be acquainted with the fact of case.
