Section 14(a) in The Rules for Grant of Interest Free Loans for Construction & Repairing of Houses to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Denotified Tribes and Nomedic Tribes in Rajasthan, 1970
(a)In case non-observance of any of the conditions laid down in these rules or in the event of default in the payment of two consecutive instalments, the amount due shall be recovered with interest of 6.¼% p.a.
