(2)Adequate publicity of the proposal shall be given in the following manner:-(i)On its websites(ii)by publishing in any two prominent local newspapers published in the local language of the area(iii)by placing it on the notice board of the office, and(iv)by placing a copy in any conspicuous place in the local market within the jurisdiction of the local authority
