Section 17(1) in The Orissa (State) Council for Child Welfare Rules, 1996
(1)The District Council of each District shall have the following authorities namely :-(a)The General Body.(b)The Managing Committee, and(c)Such other authorities as may be constituted from time to time by the Executive Council of the State Council.
