(2)In the event of death of an employee during period of service a sum of Rs. 40,000 (Rupees forty thousand only) will be paid as relief to the nominee of the employee. A subscription of Rs. 5 (Rupees five only) per mensem will be deducted from the salary of the employees. The nomination as prescribed shall be executed by every employee.
