81. [ Delegation of powers of Planning Authority. [Substituted by Act 1 of 2005 w.e.f. 14.2.2005.]
- The State Government may, by notification and subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified therein, delegate any of the powers and functions of the Planning Authority under this Act to any local authority or any officer of the local authority.]
