164. Power of [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] to call for information from Executive Authority.
- A [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] may require any Executive Authority of any village within the jurisdiction of the [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] to furnish any information on any matter falling within such categories as may be prescribed in respect of such village or any person or property therein required for the purposes of this Act.
