Section 7(1)(xv) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017

(xv)Board, on its own motion or on oral or written request made by or on behalf of victim, may grant financial assistance or victim compensation, as may be the case, to be paid from the Juvenile Justice Fund or under any other scheme in force in this regard.
