Section 37(6) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017

(6)In respect of Types I and II accommodation, there will be 60 point roster system and the vacancies at point number 10, 20, 40 and 50 shall be allotted to Scheduled Castes applicants and the vacancies at point number 30 and 60 shall be allotted to Scheduled Tribe applicants.
