Section 24 in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016
24. The Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman(b)the Finance Officer - Secretary(c)the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Government of Uttarakhand,(d)the Finance Committee Shall be the Principal Financial Body of the University which shall take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Rules, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the Financial matters of the University.(3)The powers functions of the Financial Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by Statutes.
