(2)A forwarding agent shall exhibit his agent's licence at a prominent place in the premises approved under Rule 11 and the licence shall be made available for inspection by any Inspection Officer of the Orissa Motor Vehicles Department or any Police Officer in uniform not below the rank of a head constable.
