Section 1 in Public Debt (Annuity Deposit Certificates) Rules, 1966
1. Short title and application.-
(1)These rules may be called the Public Debt (Annuity Deposit Certificates) Rules, 1966.(2)They shall apply to a Government security in the form of an Annuity Deposit Certificate issued under sub-clause (a) (iv) of clause (2) of Section 2 of the Act read with Rule 4 of the Public Debt Rules, 1946.
