(1)The Home Guards Force in the State of Bihar shall be commanded by the Inspector-General assisted by the Commandant and it shall consist of sections, platoons, companies, and battalions as also a technical corps commanded by Section Leaders, Platoon Commanders, Company Commanders and Battalion Commanders.
