95. Radiation .-(1) Facilities shall be made to prevent exposure to radiation.
(2)Provision shall primarily be made for technical solutions which reduce the need for use of radioactive substances.(3)Where radioactive substances have to be used, provision shall be made for safe transport, handling and storage of the substances.
