Section 128(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(1)The Government shall constitute a Co-ordination Forum consisting of the Chairperson of the Commission and Members thereof, representatives of the generating companies and transmission licensees and distribution licensees engaged in generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the State for smooth and coordinated development of the power system in the State.
