Section 383(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)The Corporation may, from time to time, specify the minimum width for different class of public streets according to tie nature of the traffic likely to be carried thereon, the localities in which they are situated, the heights upto which buildings abutting thereon may be reacted and other similar consideration.
