Section 23(2) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(2)The names of the candidates shall be shown on the ballot papers in the same manner and arranged in the same order in which they appear in the list of contesting candidates prepared under sub-rule(2) rule 21.
