(7)The capacity reservation for short-term customers will be carried out within the processing time indicated in Regulation 13(4). For application requiring the Open Access for a period up to thirty days, subject to clauses (1) to (4) above, the decision of reservation of capacity shall be on the basis of first come first served. For applications requiring the Open Access for a period for more than thirty days, subject to clauses (1) to (4) above, all the applications received within a month would be treated at par for processing and for reservation.
