Section 63(iii) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(iii)Joining time is admissible if an officer has been awaiting posting orders under orders of competent authority on the expiry of leave or otherwise at the place of last duty, provided he is specifically authorized to avail joining time.
