13B. Guidelines, instructions and records.
(1)Without prejudice to the general responsibility of the occupier to comply with the provisions of section 7A of the Act, the Chief Inspector may, from time to time, issue guidelines and instructions regarding the general duties of the occupier relating to health, safety and welfare of all workers while they are at work in the factory.(2)The occupier shall maintain such records in Form No. 30 in respect of monitoring of work environment in the factory.(3)The occupier of a factory shall furnish any information that the Chief Inspector may require regarding the provisions and maintenance of the arrangements with respect to the health, safety and welfare of the workers while they are at work in the factory.]
