Section 161(2) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(2)Every [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be entrusted to it by rules made in this behalf in regard to the subjects enumerated in Schedule I. In particular, the [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall exercise the powers and perform the functions specified in Schedule-II.
