112. Officers and other employees not to undertake any extraneous work.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the whole time of an officer or other employee of a Municipality shall be at the disposal of the Municipality.(2)No officer or other employee of the Municipality shall undertake any work not connected with his duties, except with the permission of the appointing authority.
