(b)In case such draft relates to a matter within the purview of the Academic Council, the Executive Council shall refer it for consideration of the Academic Council, which may either report to the Executive Council that it does not approve the draft or submit the draft to the Executive Council in such form as the Academic Council may approve and the Executive Council may either approve, with or without amendment, or reject the draft.
