39. Renewal of Licences.
(1)A licence may apply in Form No. 20 for renewal of the licence within thirty days before the date of expiry of the licence.(2)The Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised officer may, subject to the provisions of Sub-section (7) of Section 44, renew the licence in Form No. 15, Form No. 16, Form No. 17, Form No. 18, or Form No. 19, as may be appropriate and specify therein the period up to which the licence is renewed.
