Section 44P(1)(a) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008

(a)A registered cooperative society under the Short Term Co-operative Credit Structure registered under this Act shall be eligible to be a member of a Self Supporting Affiliating Society under short term co-operative credit structure registered under this Act in accordance with the procedure prescribed and notified by the Government.
