Section 12 in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants (Special Provisions) Act, 1984
12. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Revenue Divisional Officer, authorised officer or any other authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
