Section 37(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the University incorporated under this Act for the benefit of the rural population of the State, shall carry on research directed primarily to the problems connected with the fields indicated against it in column (4) of the Schedule to this Act.
