(2)On and from the commencement of this Act, all Colleges situated in the Districts of Cachar, Karimganj, North Cachar Hills and [Karbi Anglong and Hailakandi] [Substituted for the words " and Karbi Anglong" by Act 25 of 1995, section 2] shall stand affiliated to the University.
